Meeting Materials
Ann Becker and Associates, Inc. (ABA), has always worked with the goal of minimizing waste in its events – to save the client’s and the event attendees’ funds, and to show respect for all resources, renewable or otherwise.  As such, some ofl materials for the 2011 EFRI Conference will be posted online, such as the Grantee highlights, session presentations, and a link to pre-registration so you can see who else is coming to the Conference. We will still provide participant packets at registration check-in, including the Conference agenda, poster session floorplan, and the hotel layout. Materials for the breakout sessions will be handled at the discretion of the Program Directors in charge of the sessions.  We will also provide complimentary Wi-Fi in the meeting space, so you can view the documents from your own laptop, and the evaluation surveys will also be collected electronically.

Wednesday Arrival and Friday Departure
Wednesday evening offers an optional workshop for EFRI Grantees, entitled "From the Research Lab to Commercialization via the Small Business Programs," and presented by Cheryl Albus, an NSF Program Director within the ENG/IIP.

Grantees can set up their posters starting Thursday morning at 7:00am in the Capital View Ballroom (14th Floor). Beverages will be offered, as breakfast will be available beginning at 7:30am in the Potomac Ballroom Foyer (Lobby Level). The Annual Grantees Conference officially opens at 8:30am with the NSF Welcome and Opening Remarks.

We will adjourn no later than Noon on Friday, March 25.
