For All Speakers

• Participate in a conference call with your fellow session presenters to agreed on the flow and content of your session, determine specific audio-visual needs, and secure appropriate biographical information for introductions.
• Submit your presentation to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it for posting on the Annual Meeting website, so that attendees can review them before, during, and after the meeting, and make hard copies of any materials they want to bring to the meeting. No hard copies of presentations will be provided at the meeting.
• Each meeting room will be equipped with a data projector package (projector, screen, cart, cabling), a laptop computer, and a flipchart. Let us know if your PowerPoint presentation needs specific AV support, such as the ability to show embedded videos, or if you require any additional equipment (such as a laser pointer or wireless mouse)
