Outside Speakers

An “outside” speaker, in this context, is one who is invited to the meeting and is not currently employed by an active Center or NSF. As such, NSF regulations allow us to reimburse you for your travel expenses, cover one night’s lodging at the host hotel, and waive any registration fee.

Please make your own travel arrangements, but let us know which night you plan to stay at the hotel and we will make your guest room reservation on your behalf. If you decide to stay at another hotel, we will reimburse you for up to the cost of a reservation at the host hotel ($181 plus tax, currently 10.25%).
